QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar believes Brazil teammate Neymar will soon be regarded as the best in the world.

Neymar is leaving Santos for Barcelona this summer.

Cesar, 33, said: "I think he can truly become one of the world's great players.

"Everything is set up for him to go on and do that now - but he will have to work at it because the first year can be hard when you move to European football.

"He can be right up there with the greats like Messi and Ronaldo who have enjoyed the domination at the top for some time."
