Former QPR striker Rodney Marsh feels Rio Ferdinand should give the game away.
Marsh feels QPR will go down unless Ferdinand is dumped.
He told talkSPORT: "The players had a lot to answer for on Sunday [against West Ham] but, for me, Rio Ferdinand looked like he played in diver's boots. He's had one year too many for me. If he carries on like this for the next ten games, it won't salvage his season.
"It's probably all over for Rio. He's a great, great player but at the moment, he's really, really struggling."
