Former QPR star Rodney Marsh can't see Chelsea captain John Terry ever entering management.

Marsh is adamant Terry is not the man to take Chelsea forward.

"I would be shocked if John Terry took over at Chelsea," he told talkSPORT. "I don't think he'll ever make it as a football manager.

"The history he's got and the problems he's had with Chelsea and England [would make it hard].

"I don't think you can expect players to listen when you're telling them not to do things you've been doing all your life."
