QPR chiefs are unhappy with the dismal form of former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand.
The Sunday Telegraph says the board is standing by manager Harry Redknapp, but concede he needs to make some big calls, including dropping Ferdinand.
There is disappointment inside the club over the signing of Ferdinand. Earlier in the season Redknapp claimed that the defender, 35, had made a "fantastic impact" since he arrived from Manchester United.
But Ferdinand has struggled and deciding whether or not to stick with him is one of those 'big calls' Redknapp must make.
