QPR chairman Fernandes confident of Dyer fitness

QPR chairman Tony Fernandes says Kieron Dyer has their full support.

He managed just three minutes of the opening game last term before being ruled out for the whole campaign with a foot problem.

But Fernandes was still happy to hand him a one-year deal in May.

That decision left many scratching their heads but the Rangers chief is sticking by his decision. He said: "He is a top player and worth taking the risk."
