QPR captain Joey Barton praised Chris Ramsey's tactics for victory at West Bromwich Albion.

Ramsey has ditched Redknapp's 3-5-2 or 4-5-1 formation for 4-4-2 away from home and it has yielded two wins on the road after also beating Sunderland.

Barton is pleased with the tactical switch, he added: "Fair play to Chris, to come away from home, playing 4-4-2, which we've been crying out for, and you get a positive result.

"We need four or five performances like this to give ourselves a chance of staying up."
