QPR boss Neil Warnock is confident of getting the best out of on-loan Tottenham midfielder Adel Taarabt.

For last night's win over Plymouth Argyle, Taarabt was man of the match, scoring one and creating the other.

"'He is a gifted lad," said Warnock. "I spoke to Harry (Redknapp) and he said, 'you'll be pulling your hair out sometimes.' But I think I'm the right manager for him."
