QPR boss Harry Redknapp says Brighton proves you can be successful in the Championship playing good football.
He swiftly rubbished the notion that you have to biff and bang your way of the second tier by pointing to Gus Poyet's soaring Seagulls on the south coast.
"Of course you can play football to get out of the Championship," Redknapp told the Fulham Chronicle. "I had a team at Bournemouth in the old third division, and we played with wingers and flair - and that was in the third division.
"Look at Brighton - what a good side they are. They've shown the way, and we need to do something like that as well."
