QPR boss Harry Redknapp admits Jay Bothroyd is set for an extended first team run.
The ex-Cardiff City striker has netted twice in four games since returning to Rangers from a disappointing loan spell at Sheffield Wednesday, and could get another chance to impress.
"When Bobby doesn't play we haven't got a focal point to our play," said Redknapp.
"Jay Bothroyd has come back from loan and he is the only other one who could do that so maybe he needs to be given a chance."
