QPR boss Harry Redknapp says Matt Phillips is Premier League class.
Phillips suffered an injury-ravaged 12 months at Loftus Road since his switch from Blackpool, with a broken arm and then a serious ankle problem hindering his progress.
"He's got all the ammunition," Redknapp told the Fulham Chronicle. "He's big, powerful, quick and has good skill.
"He needs to weigh in with a few goals. He can do it. He needs lots of work but there's definitely a talent there."
