QPR boss Harry Redknapp doesn't rate the talent in the lower divisions.
Redknapp brought QPR back from the Championship last season and, thanks to his spell at Bournemouth, he has managed in all four divisions.
He said: "A few years ago you could go to non-league and pick up players galore. There were players coming out of non-league who went on to play for England. I could name you a number of them, but I don't think that conveyor belt is there, for whatever reason.
"But there is talent in the Championship, for sure, and the divisions below. Given the opportunity at the highest level, I'm sure they can do it."
