QPR boss Harry Redknapp admits a loan move for Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor is a non-starter.

Redknapp was interested in raiding his former club Spurs again for Adebayor, but doubts whether the frontman will drop down into the Championship.

"You would have him all day long but you're not going to get him," admitted Redknapp.

"He's not going to come here. It's not his wages, I just don't think he'll drop into the Championship."
