QPR boss Harry Redknapp is full of confidence over their summer arrivals.
Redknapp is convinced on-loan Juventus wing-back Mauricio Isla will make a big impact.
"The Chilean boy I've only just met him once - he just seems a fantastic boy," Redknapp said, "but he's going to be very low maintenance.
"The other three (Rio Ferdinand, Steven Caulker, Jordon Mutch) I know, and they're not going to be a minute's problem.
"I was hardly taking a chance on Rio, I signed him (at West Ham) when he was 14."
