QPR boss Harry Redknapp has ruled out a return for Newcastle United loanee Loic Remy.

An £8m deal is in place to take Remy permanently to the North East.

Redknapp said: "Loic wanted to go to Newcastle so good luck to him, and I hope he does well.

"He's not in my thoughts because I only want people who want to be here."
