QPR boss Chris Ramsey believes his team showed fight and heart despite suffering embarrassing losses against Manchester City and Leicester City in the closing stages of the season.
The R's were heavily criticised for their lack of fight following a 6-0 loss at City which confirmed their relegation before ending the season with a disappointing 5-1 result at Leicester.
Ramsey said: "Given the results in two games, we were all disappointed because we didn't perform to the best of our abilities but we didn't have that many players to choose from.
"I think the players that played showed a lot of heart and fight for the club and tried their best to keep us in the league."
