QPR boss Mark Hughes refuses to contemplate the fallout should they fail to beat Southampton today.
Rs chairman Tony Fernandes has given Hughes his full backing but some reckon that might change if the Rs fail to beat the Saints.
Asked if he believes he will be sacked should his side fail to win, Sparky said: "That is not my decision. My view is that the way the season has gone we know is a frustration for ourselves, fans and owners but people should take comfort from the fact that everything is in focus."
