QPR boss Harry Redknapp hasn't given up on hijacking Newcastle United's deal for Marseille striker Loic Remy.
Marseille president Vincent Labrune has revealed the two clubs have agreed a deal, believed to be in the region of £9million, for the 26-year-old France striker.
The Daily Mail says last week, Remy refused to talk to Queens Park Rangers manager Redknapp about a possible switch to Loftus Road. But Redknapp is still hoping to match Newcastle's offer and persuade him to move to the Barclays Premier League's bottom club.
