League One strugglers Portsmouth have signed Queens Park Rangers midfielder Frankie Sutherland on a one-month youth loan, subject to FA and Football League clearance. The 19-year-old is a product of QPR's youth system and signed a new two-year deal with the club last summer.
Sutherland, who has represented Republic of Ireland at under-19 level, has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League.
