West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis says they need to end the individual mistakes to beat the drop.
The Baggies are being sucked back into the relegation battle.
Speaking about his side's battle against the drop, Pulis said: "The thing we have got to do more than anything is get back to stop making individual mistakes.
"If you look at the performances, the individual mistakes that we've made... the last 20 minutes against QPR, the incident with Gareth (McAuley), even Ben Foster at Villa with 30 seconds to go. Ben's a top goalkeeper but his mistake cost us the game there.
"It's something we have to eradicate because in the Premier League it's a testing place."
