West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis admits they need to have a busy summer market.
Pulis, though, is yet to learn his transfer budget.
"Everything costs a little bit of money," he said. "It is being clever with the money, identifying and putting a structure in place that gives a team an identity. Once you get that identity you can add bits and pieces to it along the way.
"The club has most probably got away a little bit from that over the past couple of years with the changes of managers. There's been a consistent change of manager here and no stability where people have laid a structure down.
"If we could get that then brilliant. And we're obviously talking about this when the Chairman might sell the football club, so it is all hypothetical."
