PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman is on the brink of moving to AS Roma.
Strootman flew into Italy last night.
"I'm really happy," the 23-year-old commented. "I'm finally here and I'm a Roma player at last. The negotiations did go on for a while, but everything was finally resolved positively."
