PSV Eindhoven are ready to take Erik Palmer-Brown off Manchester City's hands in January.

City have a deal in place for the young defender, who will join from Sporting KC on January 1.

The Premier League leaders intend to immediately loan the American to a European partner and PSV are already in contact.

City are yet to confirm the signing, but in Holland they insist it is a done deal.

Eindhovens Dagblad reports Palmer-Brown will join City next month before being loaned for the second-half of the European season to PSV.
