Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma's move to PSV Eindhoven is yet to be rubberstamped.
The transfer is being held up over medical concerns, report De Telegraaf.
PSV doctors have informed management they cannot sign off on his medical and have urged the club to do more research into Bruma's fitness record.
