PSV Eindhoven expect to complete the signing of Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma over the weekend.
PSV will pay Chelsea €3 million for the defender, though the inclusion of a buy-back clause remains undecided.
Eindhoven Dagblad says PSV chief Marcel Brands is confident having a deal in place in time for Bruma to begin preseason training with the Dutch giants on Monday.
