PSV Eindhoven hope to rubberstamp a deal for Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma today.
A move over the weekend as held up after a medical uncovered a heart concern. However, results have been positive from extra tests.
"We're hopeful that he will be cleared," PSV chief Marcel Brands said yesterday.
De Telegraaf says Bruma's transfer should confirmed in the next 48 hours.
