PSV Eindhoven are set for talks with Chelsea over loan pair Eduardo Alcides and Slobodan Rajkovic.
Chelsea are expected to sign Brazilian defender Alcides for next season, however wing-back Rajkovic is likely to extend his loan with PSV into next season.
