The future of Manchester City defender Karim Rekik will be decided in the coming weeks.

Tied to City until 2016, Rekik is this season playing on-loan with PSV Eindhoven.

"We will meet later this month with Karim and his management," PSV technical manager Marcel Brands told Voetbal International.

"Only when we get to hear from him that he wants to remain with us, will we go to City."

Rekik, 20, is open to extending his stay with the Dutch giants.
