PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands says a bid from Norwich City for Ola Toivonen remains on the table.

The Sweden striker is still mulling over whether to move to Carrow Road.

"We have a deal with Norwich, but if Toivonen refuses to go there, then that offer will end up in the trash," said Brands.

Norwich are understood to have offered €5.7 million for Toivonen.
