PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands admits they want to sign AC Milan midfielder Mark van Bommel.

The Dutchman only moved to Milan last month from Bayern Munich.

"I really think that we had a good chance of signing him last winter if Milan hadn't approached him.

"We will continue to monitor his situation though," Brands told NUsport.
