Nene is set to depart Paris Saint-Germain to sign a lucrative deal with Al Gharafa.
The 31-year old Brazilian winger will leave the French capital to join the Qatari club and he admits he will be on a nice contract in Doha.
"I've reached an agreement with Al Gharafa," he told Telefoot.
"[The pay] is wonderful. These are things that can happen only once in life. I don't know if people will understand. I'm going to be 32, and time goes quickly.
"I've thought about my future so that my family is calm."
