Peguy Luyindula is set to depart Paris Saint-Germain to sign with New York Red Bull.
The 33-year old French striker is on the verge of exiting Parc des Princes after five-and-a-half-years according to Le Parisien.
A translated excerpt of the report read: "The attacker will terminate its contract with the Parisian club, which binds to the end of the season.
"Never used this season (he just played the last twelve minutes of PSG - Marseille (2-0) in League Cup October 31, ending a series of 601 days without a match official), Luyindula chose a destination unexpected ending his career: he will sign a contract for two or three years with the New York Red Bulls!"
If the deal does happen to go ahead, Luyindula will join former France teammate Thierry Henry at the Red Bull Arena.
