Tottenham face a real threat from PSG over the future of manager Andre Villas-Boas.
The Sunday Telegraph says PSG are increasingly confident that they can persuade Villas-Boas to become their next head coach, succeeding Carlo Ancelotti who is taking over at Real Madrid. It is unclear whether Villas-Boas, who has been on holiday, is tempted but PSG's interest is rising.
The wealthy French club are willing to meet the £10 million release clause in Villas-Boas's contract at Spurs but are yet to make an official approach.
They have identified the 35-year-old Portuguese as an ideal fit for the club - with his attacking style and coaching ability.
