Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is a sure thing for PSG, according to French football experts.Le Sport 10 chief Michel Moulin was on local TV over the weekend insisting Rooney would be playing for PSG next season.

"I announce to you from trusted sources: Rooney to PSG is done," declared Moulin. "He will be at PSG next season."
