PSG midfielder Gini Wijnaldum has picked the unfortunate award of Ligue 1's 'Flop Signing of the Year'.

Wijnaldum moved to Paris from Liverpool on a free transfer last summer.

But the Dutchman failed to live up to expectations at Parc de Princes.

Get French Football News has named Wijnaldum as 'Ligue 1 Flop Signing of the Year'.

The award was given after 100,000 public votes combined with the input from an expert panel.

The 31-year-old has been linked with an exit from PSG this summer.
