PSG midfielder Gini Wijnaldum is on the brink of signing for Roma.

Wijnaldum is set to join Roma on a season-long loan.

The Dutchman is due to sign for Roma on the weekend in Israel. Giallorossi will play a friendly match against Tottenham in Haifa on Saturday, while PSG will face Nantes in Tel Aviv on Sunday (an hour's drive) in the French Super Cup.

PSG and Roma officials are expected to close the agreement while both are in Israel.
