PSG midfielder Thiago Motta was pleased to see action for Italy in their 2-2 draw with Denmark.
Motta is open to taking any midfield role for Italy after he impressed in front of the defence against Denmark.
"I think we played a good game against a strong side, so at the end of the day a draw is the right result," he told Rai Sport.
"I like playing on the right or left of midfield too, so the truth is I can play anywhere in midfield. The Coach decides and I am happy to be anywhere.
"I am accustomed to playing in front of the defence at the moment for PSG, but we have so many players in Italy who can take that role, such as Andrea Pirlo who is one of the best in the world there. It's good that Italy are covered in these positions."
