PSG emerge as favourites to land Barcelona contract rebel Dembele

Barceona have set their price for Ousmane Dembele.

Marca says Barcelona look set to lose Dembele to PSG, although they want 20 million euros for the World Cup winner. Talks between the two sides have taken place over the weekend as the clubs try to get a deal completed before the transfer deadline on January 31.

Dembele has already agreed personal terms with PSG, who look to have won the race for the forward after staving off interest from a host of clubs. Newly-rich Newcastle United enquired about Dembele, whilst Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham were also keen on signing the Barcelona player this month.

The move to PSG would see Dembele reunited with Lionel Messi, who left Barcelona for the French capital last summer.

With 24-year-old Dembele in the final six months of his contract at Barcelona, the Catalan club want to cash in on the player instead of letting him leave for free in summer.
