PSG defender David Luiz has paid tribute to Chelsea transfers adviser Piet de Visser.

De Visser took Luiz to Chelsea and remains close to Blues owner Roman Abramovich.

Luiz makes a tribute to De Visser in the Dutchman's new book, writing: "Thanks Pete, I see the real meaning of the passion in football through you. Your enthusiasm inspires me to always better myself.

"I know no doubts: Pete is the one whose enthusiasm for football is more than anyone in my life represents."

Along with Luiz, De Visser also influenced Chelsea's swoop for former Internacional midfielder Oscar.
