Mega spenders PSG are lining up a move for Tottenham playmaker Luka Modric.

The Telegraph says with Modric stalling on discussing a new deal, PSG have been preparing a bid for the player in the belief that the North London club will be powerless to prevent Modric from leaving White Hart Lane.

Spurs valued the Croatian international at close to £40 million after Chelsea's offer of £27m was rejected last summer.
