West London side Fulham will be back in the Premier League next term.

Marco Silva's side are officially promoted from the Championship, after a win against Preston on Tuesday.

Aleksandar Mitrovic was the hero for Fulham, as he has been throughout the campaign, netting twice in a 3-0 win.

Fulham and Silva will be hoping to strengthen the squad in the summer to compete in the top flight.

The Cottagers were relegated in their last Premier League campaign, managing only 28 points from 38 games.
