Championship Preston have agreed a fee with West Ham for striker Jordan Hugill, reports BBC Sport.
Hugill has been the subject of interest from a number of clubs, including Crystal Palace who look set to be disappointed.
It is not known how much Preston have accepted at this stage, but it is understood Hugill is travelling to London on Wednesday afternoon.
