Premiership clubs queue for Espanyol bargain Tamudo

Premiership clubs are queuing for Espanyol's want-away striker Raul Tamudo.

Espanyol want to cash in on the 31-year-old, who does not intend to renew a contract that expires at the end of the season.

Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez is an admirer, while Blackburn Rovers may also be keen on bringing him to plug a hole left by loan star Franco di Santo's expected return to Chelsea.

Birmingham, Bolton, Portsmouth, Sunderland, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Hull City were all linked with the experienced forward in the summer.
