Released Manchester City striker Paul Dickov is set to stay in the Premiership.

Three Premier League clubs have expressed an interest in signing the 34 year-old Scot, who wants to stay at Eastlands.

"Everyone knows that I love City and having come back a second time would be loathed to leave," Dickov told the Manchester Evening News.

"It appears I am down the pecking order but I am happy to stay and fight for a place."
