PREMIER LEAGUE WRAP: West Ham down Fulham, West Brom over Everton and City ease past QPR

Saturday's play of Week 3 of the 2012/13 Barclays Premier League season has been completed with another handful of interesting results as the table starts to take some sort of shape.

Reigning champions Manchester City dominated proceedings at home against QPR and in the end came away with a 3-1 win thanks to goals from Yaya Toure, Edin Dzeko and an injury-time finish from Carlos Tevez with Bobby Zamora putting the R's level in between the first two efforts.

The win allowed City to move to fourth whilst QPR have taken just one point from their three fixtures so far and sit 18th on the table.

Wigan Athletic and Stoke City drew 2-2 at the DW Stadium with the Potters twice coming from behind to deny the home side maximum points.

Shaun Maloney and Jon Walters traded first-half penalties, both for handball, before Franco di Santo put the Latics ahead early in the second half prior to Peter Crouch heading home the leveller with just under 15 minutes remaining.

Wigan went up to seventh with four points form three outings as Stoke rose to tenth courtesy of their third draw on the trot.

Swansea City maintained their unbeaten start to the season with a 2-2 draw at home with Sunderland who twice lead but were held by the Swans who finished with ten men.

The Black Cats hit the front in the 40th minute when new signing Steven Fletcher opened his account before Wayne Routledge equalised ion the first minute of injury-time before Fletcher rounded out the scoring frenzy with another goal in first-half stoppage time.

But Michu scored his fourth Premier League goal in just his third outing when he added Swansea's second in the 66th minute to see the Welsh club go second on the table with Sunderland sitting 13th.

Tottenham were held to a 1-1 draw by Norwich City at White Hart Lane with the Canaries very unlucky not to win following their dominant first half display.

Spurs new boy Moussa Dembele marked his debut for the North Londoners with a sublime goal in the 69th minute after coming as a half-time sub but Robert Snodgrass also grabbed his first goal for his new club with a lovely half-volleyed finish with five minutes remaining.

The draw has Spurs placed 14th as their winless beginning to the season continued with Norwich one spot behind, also without a win from three matches.

Everton's winning start came to an end as they were beaten 2-0 by West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns courtesy of second-half goals from Shane Long and Gareth McAuley allowing the Baggies to move to third under Steve Clarke.

The loss dropped the Toffees to fifth after they impressively won their opening two matches against Manchester United and Aston Villa.

And the day's action began earlier when West Ham United grabbed their second victory of the season with a 3-0 home result over Fulham who dropped their second match in a row.

Kevin Nolan, Winston Reid and Matt Taylor all scored in the first half as the Hammers found themselves sixth whilst Fulham fell to eighth.

Sunday's matches sees Liverpool host Arsenal at Anfield as Newcastle United are home to Aston Villa and Manchester United travel to Southampton.
