Udinese patron Giampaolo Pozzo insists coach Pasquale Marino's job is safe.

"We have not placed any ultimatum on Marino," insisted club owner Pozzo.

"Therefore no game is decisive for the continuation of his working rapport with Udinese, despite what some stories in the newspapers may have said.

"Marino is the Coach of Udinese and certainly will be until the end of the season, no matter how things go.

"I also read that I supposedly contacted other tacticians, but there is nothing remotely true about that story."
