Sunderland boss Gus Poyet admits he's likely to change his formation for new signing Jermain Defoe.
Defoe signed for Sunderland from Toronto FC yesterday.
Poyet said: "I think we need to adapt to him, and we will try to change to do that. We started training this week already, and we will see what happens against Spurs.
"But slowly, we are going to develop into something different.
"In the past, we found it easier to be organised with one striker up front and the other one working a bit harder out wide.
"Now it's a big possibility we will start playing with two up front.
"It could be a typical English 4-4-2, it could be four in a diamond or it could be five at the back like Liverpool did with Suarez and Sturridge. We need to find a way that is the best for us."
