Portsmouth fullback Hermann Hreidarsson admits his good form is down to the fear of being dropped for the FA Cup semi.
"Playing at Wembley means a lot to me. You go through seasons thinking you can go all the way and it doesn't happen," said the Iceland international.
"I must admit, I'm 33 now and you do start to think you have less chance and it's never going to happen. You always keep hoping, though.
"Now I have the chance to go there and I want to be in that team. I don't want to just go to Wembley, I want to play at Wembley.
"At the moment it's all about playing well to keep your place week in, week out - that is what you must do."
