Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp faces a battle to hang onto assistant manager Tony Adams.

The Mail on Sunday says Avram will be allowed to hire new coaching staff at Chelsea and Adams is a potential assistant, having worked with Grant during the Israeli's spell as technical director at Fratton Park last year.
