Portsmouth assistant boss Tony Adams has dismissed talk of Harry Redknapp returning to West Ham United.

"Journalists come up with things, maybe a bit of stirring the West Ham kind of side," Adams told setantasports.com. "But he has had an opportunity at Newcastle and turned that down and I think he is committed to Portsmouth."
