Portsmouth are chasing Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul.
The Mail on Sunday says the central defender, 22, who cost £7million when he arrived from Auxerre last summer but has been unable to command a regular place, could get a chance to resurrect his fortunes at Portsmouth.
